 Handing Tenants Emergency Calls.
This is a major reason that people decide to hire a professional property manager in the first place. Most investors and/or home owners don’t want to be on call 24-7, to handle all the maintenance and emergency requests that come in. Especially in the middle of the night, or when you are on vacation with your family. Property managers take care of ALL calls from your tenants, allowing you to spend your time doing the things that make you successful, and doing the things you love.  Rent collection.
As a rental property owner, you have a lot of expenses and you absolutely depend on the rent to be paid on time and in full. When a tenant is late with their rental payment, you have to be right on top of the situation. Many landlords just simply don’t know what to do. A professional can be strict, knows when and how to serve the proper notices, and will insist on late fees. They can document all communications and build a case against the tenant should the situation escalate to an unlawful detainer suit.  Use a regular egg dye kit. Add your color tab, vinegar, and hot water to a cup. Now place one teaspoon of margarine in the cup and let it melt. Now when you dip your eggs in , you will get a nice swirl effect!  This is a great idea for helping kids color their easter eggs. Insert an egg in a whisk, then let the kids dunk to their hears content! Now there is no worry about eggs dropping off of the egg dipper or a spoon.  Even the cracked easter eggs can be masterpieces. Take a knife and tap different areas all over the egg. Then put the egg in the dye. When you have the color you want, take the egg out and let it dry for a few minutes. When you peel it, you should end up with a great marble effect.
 We can only take a guess as to what the future holds for Fayette County's real estate market. With the addition of Pinewood Studios, this area is bound to have widespread searches for homes to rent. We will see people relocating to this area with the hopes of working in the film industry, and they are going to need a place to stay. With that thought in mind, securing a property management company is a great idea. Putting your home on the market for rent is a great financial decision, but you need to know how to manage it. Hiring a property manager will give you the peace of mind knowing that your home is being cared for, and you are doing everything for your tenant that is necessary by law. With this store opening, it is predicted to create more than 3,400 jobs over the next decade. Having the Pinewood Studios in Fayette County is going to make rental properties in high demand. All the people involved with making the movies, building sets, artists, screen writes, etc. are going to need a place to settle down.
